I’ve been eating the caramel corn at Patsy’s for the last few years here, ever since my first adult-age visit to Manitou. I don’t know what it is, but I can’t think of a more addicting flavor and texture combination. I don’t normally like sweet-salty, but it’s just mind-numbingly good. Every time my husband goes to Manitou, he brings a box home for each of us and it is always gone within a day.
